I study contemporary koto with
Masayo Ishigure,
head of the
Sawai Koto Academy of New York.
When I can get back to Colorado,
I also continue to study with my first koto teacher,
Yoko Hiraoka,
from whom I received my
Intermediate Certificate in the Ikuta style in 2000.
